Steps of seller giving quotation to buyer's requirements

Buyer can list their requirements in our website and ask seller give quotation to buyer. This is the steps

 

1. Seller give quotation to buyer's list

 

Seller can give quotation at the requirements details page, they can write their quantity,price,payment method when the make quotation. If seller select Pay by website money account,buyer can set up the withdraw date for seller after seller agree it. Before this date, buyer's payment will be hold by bid711 website.If buyer open a case before this date, websiite can give refund to buyer.After this date,seller can apply to bid711 for withdraw.

 

 

2. Buyer reply buyer's quotation.

 

After buyer see seller's quotation, buyer can select accept it or revise it. If buyer revise it, buyer can revise the price,payment method and agreement,etc. and then send it back to seller.

 

3. Buyer pay it and seller ship the products.

 

If both buyer and seller agree the quotation, buyer can pay it by selected payment method, and then seller ship the products to buyer.

 

4. Open a case for refund.

 

If buyer open a case to seller for refund, according to different payment method that they selected when buyer pay it, buyer can give the refund request to our website, Paypal ,Escrow.com, LC,etc.

 

5. Seller and Buyer give feedback each other.

 

After the deal was completed, buyer and seller can give feedback each other.

 

 

Seller also can get buyer's offer after seller list pruducts in our website.

 

1. Buyer offer.

 

Buyer can give their offer to seller in the product details page. Buyer need fill in their price,quantity,payment method,etc in the offer form.If buyer select Pay by website money account,buyer can set up the withdraw date for seller after seller agree it. Before this date, buyer's payment will be hold by bid711 website.If buyer open a case before this date, websiite can give refund to buyer.After this date,seller can apply to bid711 for withdraw.

 

 

2. Seller reply buyer's offer.

 

After seller see buyer's offer, seller can select accept it or revise it.If seller revise it, seller can revise the price,payment method and agreement,etc. and then send it back to buyer.

 

3. Buyer pay it and seller ship the products.
